Features of Software The software covers all aspect from Pakistani practice as well as foreign practice. The features are as follow; (1) Urdu Accounting : - Never Seen before. Now you can store your all Accounting, Inventory & Payroll Data in urdu and report can be printed / previewed in urdu language too. Specially design for those people who cannot understand the English. The English & Urdu data can be enetered together. One keystroke will change the language from English to urdu or vice versa. (2) CodeFree Accounting : - You do not need to remember codes of Accounts & Product. All Accounts are codefree. Just drag & drop account from one window to another window or select from a given menu(combo). (3) Balance Sheet & Income Statement : - As compare to existing Softwares in market, which do not generate reports after Trial Balance, with our Software you can easily take Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements even on daily basis. (4) Auto Updation of Sales & Purchase Invoice in Accounts ledger : - You do not need to double entry for Sales & Purchase Invoices in inventory and Accounts ledger. Just make Sales/Purchase Invoice in Inventory Program and Ledger will be updated automatically and off course Inventory too. (5) Built-in Bank Reconciliation : - None of the Existing Software in market offers A Built-in Bank Reconciliation in Software, but we do. (10) Administration / User Rights Authorization : - Administrator can customize the user authorization that who can use which menu item and who cannot.The user will work with only his related menu items. (11) Backup & Restore of Data : - Backup & Restoration of Data is available in Software. One backup is taken at exit from software, daily or whatever number of days you can define in setup. Other backup/restore can be taken at any time from software. (12) New Financial Year & Date of Star/End of Period : - After completion of one Financial Year, you can create your own next financial year yourself. The Closing Balances will be transferred Automatically as opening in new Financial Year. Also you can define date of Start & End of Period yourself without calling the programmer. If changes are requiered in previous years, the data can be changed and opening in new year can be updated automatically. (13) Aging Report of Debtors & Creditors : - Aging report of debtors & creditors show the correct situation of party balances. No one except us is offering the Aging Report for Debtors & Creditors. (14) Search of Documents/Accounts : - Document are very hard to search from bulk of data. Now you can search the document (Bank/Cash Vouchers) from any respect i.e. date, amount(debit/credit), account, particular, saved by user, last saved date and of course document number. Just enter a search word and see how fast and accurate is result. The same procedure apply to Accounts. Account can be seached for name, nature, type etc. (15) Export to Microsoft Excel : - Report Data can be transferred to Microsoft Excel or HTML for further Data Processing or for making your own report or for e-mail.
